Delivery Condition:
Annealed black surface, hardness≤255HB or according to technical specification in Sales Contracts.
Features:
▲W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel has the advantage of tiny uniform carbides and high strength.
▲Its red hardness and hardness after heat treatment is as good as W18Cr4V.
▲Its toughness, abrasive resistance and thermoplastic is better than W18Cr4V.
Application:
▲It is suitable for manufacturing various general tools
▲It is applicable to be made into large and hot molding tool
▲It can also be used to manufacture parts with wear resistance under the high load, such as cold extrusion mold, while this must meet the requirements of strength and toughness by reducing the quenching temperature properly
