Each order is checked through technical, material, processing, inspection, packing and delivery stages.
Technical Review & Quotation
Process: Check stock, size feasibility, lead time, processing requirements and pricing.
Quality Control: Verify grade equivalence, application requirements and required standards.
Order Confirmation
Process: Confirm PI, specifications, tolerances, delivery condition and required documents.
Quality Control: Lock all quality requirements before production starts, including MTC, hardness, UT test, surface condition and packing requirements if needed.
Material Preparation
Process: Prepare raw material according to confirmed grade, heat number, size and order details.
Quality Control: Check MTC, chemical composition and material traceability before cutting or processing.
Cutting & Processing
Process: Arrange cutting, milling, grinding, heat treatment or other processing services according to drawings or size lists.
Quality Control: Control dimensions, processing accuracy, surface condition and production details during processing.
Final Inspection
Process: Inspect the finished material before packing.
Quality Control: Check size, hardness, surface condition, ultrasonic testing if required, and confirm the delivered condition matches the order.
Packing & Documents
Process: Pack, label and protect the materials for shipment.
Quality Control: Provide MTC, packing list, commercial invoice, packing photos and other export documents when required.
Loading & Delivery
Process: Arrange loading, shipment coordination and delivery follow-up.
Quality Control: Check loading condition, packing protection and shipment details to support safe and on-time delivery.
